Since early 2013 DIAKRIT has produced more than 260k 2D floor plans for all of RentPath’s advertisers and was a significant factor in Apartment Guide receiving the coveted Multi-Housing News Most Innovative Multi-Housing Technology Choice Award in 2013.
Also included is DIAKRIT’s patent pending D-Furnish™, dubbed “Room Planner” by RentPath. The highly interactive, mobile-compatible Room Planner allows prospective renters to envision their perfect living space by choosing and placing a variety of digital furniture onto a 2D floor plan to furnish their apartment home digitally before renting. Additionally, Diamond and Platinum Package Apartment Guide advertisers have received upgraded 3D floor plans provided by DIAKRIT, further improving the virtual search experience for apartment seekers. 3D Floor Plans by DIAKRIT are now available to all Apartment Guide advertisers.
In addition to 2D floor plans, Diamond Package advertisers also receive professional photography, videos and panoramic images from Apartment Guide. These upgrades are available at no additional charge for Diamond customers.
With the addition of 2D and 3D floor plans, as well as the Room Planner application, Apartment Guide clients have been able to leverage the Premium Rich Media provided by DIAKRIT and have experienced a noticeable increase in qualified lead generation.
