The development towards fewer and larger garages is one such trend. The growing technology content in the cars makes it more difficult for the smaller garages to follow developments and it increases the demand for more investments. The larger brand garages and the certified independent chains are steadily increasing their share of the market and the smaller garages are loosing out.
